Fees

I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance providers and therefore do not work with or bill insurance companies directly. You are responsible for paying the full amount of the fees at the time of service.
You will have access to a detailed invoice (called a "superbill") for all services rendered and fees paid which you may submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement rates vary by insurance provider and plan (usually between 20-80%)

Complimentary 15 minute phone consultation - Prior to scheduling your first session I offer a complimentary phone consultation. During the call we will discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have. Together we will decide if I would be a good fit for you.
