I am a board certified psychiatrist with 10+ years experience working in college health. I completed my medical education at Boston University School of Medicine and my training in psychiatry through the Harvard Longwood Residency Program and Boston Medical Center.  I served as supervising psychiatrist for ten years at Wellesley College where I worked directly with students providing diagnostic evaluation, counseling, medication management, family consultation and support and collaborative care with medical providers, therapists and college administration. During my training I worked at Boston University Student Health Services and at the Center for Anxiety Related Disorders at Boston University. My primary clinical interests are in women’s mental health and emerging young adults with a wide range of mental health disorders. I have a particular interest in anxiety related disorders and utilize a holistic approach to managing anxiety and helping clients optimize wellness.

I also work as a therapy dog team with my friendly Black Labrador, and together we bring joy and connection to schools, libraries and organizations seeking the emotional benefits of a therapy dog!
